Welcome to Find My Phone Pro (the "App"). This Terms of Service agreement (the "Agreement") outlines the rules for using Find My Phone Pro. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the App immediately.
1. About Find My Phone Pro
Find My Phone Pro is a professional phone finder and security tool designed to help users quickly locate their lost or misplaced phones and protect them from theft. Core capabilities include:
• Clap and whistle detection to trigger loud alarms and help find your phone;
• 30+ customizable sound effects including alarms, animal sounds, and game sounds;
• Anti-theft mode that triggers alarms when your phone is touched without permission;
• Anti-touch protection to prevent accidental touches and unauthorized access;
• Advanced sound detection algorithms optimized for various environmental conditions.
Important:
Find My Phone Pro is a phone finder and security tool designed to assist you in locating your device. For comprehensive device security, we recommend using additional security measures such as device passwords, biometric authentication, and official tracking services provided by your device manufacturer.
2. Eligibility
Find My Phone Pro does not require account registration or login. All features are available immediately after installation. By using this App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you are under the required age, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.
3. Data Processing and Privacy
• Sound detection for clap and whistle features is processed locally on your device in real-time. We do not record, store, or upload any audio data from your microphone. When we process aggregated or anonymized analytics, we do so to enhance product quality and reliability.
• We do not request personal identity documents. All app settings and preferences are stored locally on your device.

4. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Trials
• Some advanced features are available through in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions displayed in the storefront.
• Charges are billed to your Apple App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions within your platform account settings. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
5. Advertising and Third-Party Services
• The App displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob) to support free access to features.
• These advertising networks may collect and use data such as your device advertising identifier, IP address, and usage information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
• You may be able to limit ad personalization through your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising; Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
• We aim to ensure ads are appropriate and comply with advertising standards, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of third-party content.
• Third-party SDKs and analytics services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review them before use.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:
• Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
• Use the alarm features to disturb others or cause public nuisance;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the App;
• Attempt to circumvent security features, usage limits, or digital rights management;
• Use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service;
• Violate the rights of others, including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights;
• Interfere with App functionality or access Find My Phone Pro systems without authorization.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these terms, which may include removing content and terminating access to the App.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in Find My Phone Pro—including text, graphics, software, interfaces, trademarks, and logos—is owned by the Find My Phone Pro team or licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes and may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Find My Phone Pro is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee perfect sound detection accuracy, error-free operation, or that the app will work in all environments. Detection accuracy depends on various factors including microphone quality, environmental noise levels, device capabilities, and proper app configuration.
9. Limitation of Liability
Within the limits allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Your maximum remedy for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App or the affected service during the previous twelve months.
10. Changes and Termination
We may update this Agreement to reflect product or legal changes. When we make material updates, we will notify you in-app or through other reasonable means. Continued use after an update signals your acceptance. You may stop using the App at any time; we may also discontinue or suspend access with reasonable notice where feasible.
